Excellent: Pristine condition with no defects or alterations.

Very Good: Lightly used but very well maintained with no holes, pilling, or discoloration.

Good: Used but well maintained and may have slight material wear or small tears.

Decent: Worn frequently with visible defects.

At STKL, we want you to feel fully confident with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return your item under the conditions below:

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Returns must include any original packaging (e.g., dust bags, boxes).

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the product arrives safely back to us. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable. Minor signs of wear may be expected, and these are not considered valid reasons for return.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item, please return your order and place a new one.
