STKL Return & Refund Policy

At STKL, our goal is to provide you with authentic designer fashion at fair prices. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Second-Hand & Pre-Owned Items

All second-hand and pre-owned items are final sale.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on these products. Each item is carefully inspected and described in detail before being listed on our website. By purchasing a second-hand item, you agree to accept it in the condition shown in the product description and photos.

New Items

For new items (not marked as second-hand or pre-owned), we offer a 14-day return period in accordance with EU consumer law.

  • The item must be unworn, unused, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging.

  • You must include proof of purchase.

  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

To start a return, please contact us at stklcompany@gmail.com. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Misdescribed Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us immediately at stklcompany@gmail.com. We will review the case and provide a solution, which may include a refund or exchange.

Refunds

Once your return (for new items) is received and approved, we will notify you. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
