Carriers
We work with trusted carriers such as PostNord, DHL, and Schenker. A tracking link will be sent by email once your order ships.
Customs, Duties & Taxes

Orders shipped outside Sweden may be subject to import duties, VAT, or customs fees.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Order Tracking
When your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us immediately at stklcompany@gmail.com. We will open a claim with the carrier and keep you updated.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. STKL AB is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incomplete or incorrect addresses.
